* Male, max. 27 years old
* Final year student / Bachelor Degree (S1) from Industrial Engineerig, with GPA min. 3.00
* Have a good analytical thinking, creative, detail, and highly motivated
* Have a good leadership skill and interpersonal skill
* Willing to be placed in Ciawi
