Responsibilities:

* Skills and Experience Required:

* • Project and/or operational experience in customer service centre environment

* • Experience of managing IT projects preferably to PDF standards

* • Knowledge of telephony systems, Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) and server implementations

* • SAP R/3 knowledge

* • SAP CRM

* • Genesys CTI

* • Nortel PABX & IVR

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

* Required skill(s): SAP.

* Preferably Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.

* Contract positions available.
