Lowongan Kerja Terbaru Project Controller in Kalimantan Timur

Our client, fast growing engineering and construction company for mining facilities projects is immediately looking for qualified candidates to be post as Project Controller in Kalimantan Timur.

The candidates will be provide a great offer and acomodation, if he challanges and have match criteria with our requirement belows:

Rules and responsibilities:

1. Reporting to Project Manager of up date the portfolio progress daily, weekly and monthly (Up date the S Curve)

2. To build the contracts and implementation the procedures, i.e : Work Order, Quotation, Progress Claim Invoice

3. To supervise sub contractors at site for Structure, Civil, M/E scope of works

4. To Lead the project keep on running base on Plan, Schedule and Control as per master schedule (Material, Equipment and Tools and Sub Labor)

5. Recording and filing all administration and document files

6. Provide the BoQ, MTO, BBS as per item of scope of works

He should have qualification belows:

1. Male, max. 32 y.o

2. Civil Engineering Degree, at least 5 years experiences in Project Controller of heavy construction

3. Strong analsys skills and expertise in Estimation of BoQ, MTO and BBS

4. Good in Negotiation Skills and Communication Skills

5. Computer skills : MS Office, MS Project, Autocad is must

6. Good in Communication in English and Bahasa (written and verb)

7. Priority if him from Balikpapan region, but outside is consider

(must be willing to be post at Kalimantan Timur)

8. Contract duration in 3 months (extendable)
