* From University :

1. University Pertambangan Nasional ( UPN ) ,

2. Institute Technologi Bandung ( ITB ),

3. University of Trisakti,

4. University of Sriwijaya ( Unsri ),

5. University of Mulawarman ( Unmul )

6. Bandung Islamic University ( Unisba )

* Possess Technical Background ( Mining Engineer )
* Maximum age : 25 years old, by September 2008
* Minimum GPA 2,8 ( of 4 )
* Pass all selection process
