I.SALES MANAGER (Based in Branch)

We are looking for a bright and smart individual with energy to lead a very productive Sales Team, working as member of Sales Management Team. Successful candidates must be able to promote the basic of sales foundations to the organization such as best knowledge on service offering, effective canvassing and prospecting, sales presentation, surveys, price calculation, coaching, quotation, meeting and follow up as key principles in the sales organization so that every Sales Executive will achieve his / her own target successfully every month. Successful candidates will provide overall leadership and accountable for the sales target achievement of his / her Division.

The ideal candidate profile :

* Male / Female

* Age between 30 - 35 years old
* Bachelor Degree with 3 – 5 years experiences as Sales Manager. Preference will be given to those with experiences in door to door, project selling, service or industrial selling.
*A mature leader and effective trainer and coach with the ability to establish and motivate group of sales team
* A winning personality with a desire to gain successful career with the best emolument rewards
* A result oriented professional with the ability to link performance to the financial results
* Highly develop interpersonal skills for influencing change & accept challenges
* Commercial acumen for working in complex business environment
* Ability to write and make excellent English presentation
* Willing to be placed in Jawa Tengah

II. SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (Based in Branch)

The ideal candidate profile:

* Male/Female
* Age between 25-30 years
* Bachelor Degree in any discipline
* 2 years proven sales experience for Sales Executive (SE) with potential Leadership Qualities, self-starter with excellent Interpersonal skills
* Customer and service – orientied person with passion and desire
* Hard worker and willing to work under presure
* Possesses own transportation (car or motorcycle) is a must
* Target Oriented and able to work independently
* Good communication skill In bahasa Indonesia and English (preferable)
* Willing to be placed in Jawa Timur, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Barat, Batam, Medan & Bali
