Organization Development Staff

We are a multi finance company and member of Bank of Tokyo – Mitsubishi UFJ Group.

We are looking for dynamic, creative, initiative person and able to work in team as:

ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT STAFF (ODS)

- Minimum S1 degree, preferably major in psychology or management.
- Minimum 1 year experience in OD area and preferably in multi finance company.
- Has a good understanding in Organization Development (Job Analysis & CBHRM), Assessment Process and Performance Management (KPI, tools, methods).
- Fluent in English.
- Has a good communication skill.
- Energetic, creative and a team player.
